How to give someone access or remove them from my business

Giving your accountant, business partner or bookkeeper access to your okke account is easy and doesn't require sharing passwords or logins. Simply log into okke and access the User Management menu to add, remove and edit different people. Maximum 2 additional users.

I want to invite another user to my business

  1. Log into your business in okke
  2. Click on Settings, in the sidebar on the left side of the screen, then in Business Settings, navigate to User Management and select Configure

  1. Click on Invite User, fill out the details (name, email, and position), and select Send Invite

  • There is a limit on how many additional users you can invite to your business at any time. If you want to invite more, you must remove an existing user first. You can have 2 additional users invited to your business at the same time.

  1. The person you invite will be emailed a link. If they do not already have an okke account, they will be prompted to create one

  1. Once a user has accepted the invite, they will be added to the User Management screen
    • The invite lasts for 14 days, after which it will expire and no longer. Resend it to renew it.
