Managing Multiple Businesses within Okke

Within okke, you can create and run multiple businesses to keep your records seperate. However, each business you run requires an additional subscription. On top of that, okke users have the ability to invite an accountant, partner or family member to access their business and help them out. Below is a guide on how to navigate okke when you have access to multiple businesses, either ones you own, or ones you've been invited to.

How to swap between businesses

Quickly swap between active businesses I can access
  1. Login to your okke account
  2. From the top navigation bar, you can see your active business
  3. Click on the business selector, then click Change Business
  4. Select the business you wish to access
  5. You're done!





See a list of all businesses I can access, including inactive ones
  1. Login to your okke account
  2. From the top navigation bar, you click on the My Account Icon
  3. Click on Business List
  4. You're done! You'll be taken to a list of all your businesses, as well as ones you've been invited to.


How to leave a business I've been invited to

If for some reason you no longer need access to a business that you've been invited to, you can simply leave that business at any time.

  1. Login to your okke account
  2. From the top navigation bar, you click on the My Account Icon
  3. Click on Business List
  4. Look for the business you want to leave on the list
  5. Click the  button
  6. Select Leave Business from the menu
  7. Confirm the action
  8. You'll be removed from the business, and it will no longer show in your list
