Verifying my Account

When creating an okke account, you can access some basic features without the need to verify your email. However, to continue getting the most out of your trial, we highly recommend you verify your email address first.

How do I verify my Account?
When signing up, we'll send you an email asking you to confirm your email address. Simply open up the email, click the link, and your account is verified.
I can't find an email asking me to verify my Account!
Be sure to check your email clients junk folders and spam filters. Adding noreply@okokke.com to your safe senders list in your email client can also help ensure no emails are blocked.

Check the email address you're sending is the one associated with account you signed up for, and doesn't have any mistakes or typo's in it.

If you can't find the email, or have deleted it, you can request another email by:
  1. Log into your okke account
  2. In the top-right of the page, click on and then click My Account
  3. Click on Account & Security
  4. You should see a notification asking you to verify your email
  5. Click on Resend to send another email
  6. Open the email in your email client
  7. Follow the link
  8. You're done! Your account is now verified

 Restrictions on Unverified Accounts

There are several restrictions on okke accounts that haven't been verified. This is to ensure the platform is misused. Some of the restrictions include:
  1. Sending Invoices to customers
  2. Inviting other users/accountants to your business
