Be sure to check your email clients junk folders and spam filters.
Adding noreply@okokke.com to your safe senders list in your email client can also help ensure no emails are blocked.
Check the email address you're sending is the one associated with account you signed up for, and doesn't have any mistakes or typo's in it.
If you can't find the email, or have deleted it, you can request another email by:
- Log into your okke account
- In the top-right of the page, click on
and then click My Account
- Click on Account & Security
- You should see a notification asking you to verify your email
- Click on Resend to send another email
- Open the email in your email client
- Follow the link
- You're done! Your account is now verified
