Record a Payment on An Invoice

Keep track of your paid Invoices and create Income records directly from an okke Invoice. For Income outside of an Invoice, you can manually record it directly from the Income page.

Using Digital Payments will allow your customers to pay you online, and we'll record the income for you automatically.
Record a Payment against an Invoice
  1. Navigate to Invoices from the sidebar
  2. Find the Invoice you want to record the payment against and click on the row
  3. Click on  In the Top-Right
  4. Add a Reference if required
  5. Add the Date of the payment
  6. Enter the Amount of the payment
    1. You can opt-in to recording this as an entry in your cash flow (Recommended)
    2. If recording to your cash flow, select the category (You can change this from the Income section later if required) and if payment is Banked (paid electronically via a bank or credit card) or Not Banked (Cash payment)
  7. Click Confirm
  8. You're done! The invoice will update to either Partially paid, or paid in full.
