What browsers and Devices does okke support?
As an online, web-based piece of software - okke is constantly under active development, including updates, bugfixes and improvements.

Generally speaking, okke is available on most devices with a web browser. However, due to the nature of the web, sometimes there can be issues with using okke in older browsers or on certain devices.

  2. Safari on Apple hardware running Ventura, Sonama and Sequoia
Mobile

Having said that, most browsers should be able to run okke, including:
  1. Microsoft Edge
  2. Mozilla Firefox

I'm having issues with okke in my browser, what can I do?
As a web-based product, there can sometimes be issues based on the browser and hardware you're using. We recommend always ensuring your device is up-to-date, and that you're using the latest version of Chrome.

If you're still having trouble, we recommend either trying okke in your browsers incognito/private browsing mode, or alternatively, try clearing your browsers cache and history.

For instructions, please visit the appropriate page:
  1. Clearing your browsers cache in Chrome
  2. Clearing your browsers cache in Safari

Where can I download the latest version of Chrome?
If you're having issues, the first thing we suggest is to update your browser. We highly recommend using Google Chrome for best compatibility.
