How to cancel a subscription

You can freely cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancelling will mean:
  • You'll no longer have access to the okke's features.
  • You lose any applied promotional or discount price that has been applied to your plan.
  • The business tied to the cancelled subscription will be put on hold until you choose to activate it again.
  • You'll still be able to export your data if required.
Do this at least 3 business days before the start of the next billing period.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log into okke at app.okokke.com
  • Click the icon in the top right corner of the screen and select My Account
 
  • Select the My Subscription option to see your subscriptions list
  • Identify the subscription that you would like to cancel, click on the 3 dots button, and then select Cancel subscription

 
  • Select Yes, I want to cancel
