Having trouble logging in to okke?

That's okay, if after reading this article you still cannot log into okke you can always email our support team at help@okokke.com for extra help. 
 

I just signed up for okke and I can't log in

  1. When you sign up, an email will be sent to your email address from noreply@okokke.com with the subject line ‘Confirm your account with okke’. 
    • You may need to check your junk or promotional folder for this email. 



 

  1. Once you click the Confirm Account button in the verification email, you will be directed to fill in a few questions about your business. These include:
    1. Name of your Business 
    2. What industry-sector you work in
    3. Your business structure
    4. ABN or WPN 
    5. Whether your business is registered for GST or not 
    6. The name of your Bank Account


 
  1. Once you have updated all your business information, you will be redirected to the Dashboard and ready to Get started with okke.


I can't remember my password, how do I reset it? 

  1. Go to the login screen and click on Reset Password


 
  1. Enter your Email address and click on the Send Instructions button.


 
  1. You will receive a reset password instruction that has been sent to your email inbox
  2. Check your email inbox for the message and click the Reset Password button.


 
  1. By clicking the Reset Password button, you will be redirected to the password reset page.
  2. Enter a new, secure password, then click on Confirm.


 
  1. Log in using your new password.
