How do I reset my Password

Have you forgotten your password, or having trouble logging in? You can reset your okke through our password reset process, accessible from the login page.

How to reset my password if I've forgotten it
  1. Visit https://app.okokke.com/
  2. Click on Reset Password
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with and click Send Instructions
  4. You'll receive an email from okke with instructions on how to set a new password
  5. Once you've set your new password, you'll be required to login again using the new password
  6. You're done!
I haven't received an email with instructions on resetting my okke password!
If you haven't received an email with the instructions, be sure to check your junk mail and email filters. Adding noreply@okokke.com to your safe senders list in your email client can also help ensure no emails are blocked.
