Customer Overview

Customer Overview

Use okke to keep and track your customers important details, including their contact details, notes, and more. Once you've added your customers, you can create and send them Quotes, Invoices, as well as view how much credit or debt they have with you.
View a Customer
  1. Navigate to Customers in the Sidebar
  2. Locate the Customer you wish to view and click on the row
  3. You're done! You'll now see an overview of that customer

Customer Overview Screen

  1. View any unpaid invoices you've sent to the customer, or swap to Transaction History to see the customer ledger, including any payments they've made or credit raised
  2. Add notes for important interactions and outside transactions for the customer
  3. Access the  button to edit the customers details, or archive them
