Creating and sending a Quote

Quotes can be sent to your customers before agreeing on the price or job. Once a quote has been accepted, you can convert it straight into an Invoice within okke.
Creating a Quote
  1. Navigate to Invoices from the sidebar
  2. Click on  in the Top-Right
  3. Select the Customer you wish to quote, or create a new one
  4. Add any items as required
  5. You're done!

Sending a Quote to your Customer
Once you're happy with how your quote looks, you can send it directly to your customers email address.
  1. Click on  in the Top-Right
  2. Add the customers email address in the Send To field
  3. Change the email Subject if required
  4. Either leave the predetermined Message or add your own. You can also add one from your Saved Message Templates
  5. Click on Send Quote
  6. You're done! A copy of the quote will be sent to the customer

Adding Items to your Quote

Adding items and altering the details of your quote is very similar to creating an Invoice. You can save or send your quote at any time, as well as download it as a PDF or print it.


  1. Change details of the Quote, such as the date and Quote number
  2. Add items from your Inventory, create new ones, or just enter a one-off item
  3. Add additional items (or lines) to the Quote as you need
