Billing and plans - Frequently Asked Questions

Billing and plans - Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Absolutely not. We get that business isn't always predictable, especially when you're self-employed - that's why there is no minimum subscription period or lock-in contracts to worry about with okke.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and in advance.

Are there any fees for cancelling my subscription?

Nope. There are no extra, hidden fees if you decide that okke just isn't for you. If you choose to, you can end your subscription by logging into okke, click the profile icon in the top-right hand side, select My Account, then select 'Cancel my Subscription'. Do this at least 3 business days before the start of the next billing period. You will lose access to okke at the end of your current monthly billing period.

How are my add-ons charged?

Add-ons are optional features not included in your okke plan. To Highlight:
  • You can buy and cancel them at any time
  • If you buy them in the middle of your billing period, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of your billing cycle and a specific invoice will be sent to your email account.
  • From the next billing period, the monthly add-on charges will be included in your okke monthly invoice.
For more information, see How do I manage my add-ons article.
